Art Sutley, Nightlife & Hospitality Expert, has been in the restaurant/bar space for over 20 years. He was one of the industry experts behind Bar Business Magazine, the hospitality industry "How-To" resource for success, for 13 of them. As an educator in the industry, he speaks at many of the top restaurant and cocktail tradeshows globally and judges multiple cocktail competitions each year.

 

In addition, he is traveling both locally and internationally touring top distilleries keeping his pulse on leading cocktail and spirit trends. This has led to Art being featured as a hospitality expert in many of the top global media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Market Watch,  Forbes, Forbes Radio, Fox News, Fox Business, Chilled Magazine, NRC Handelsblad, Supercall.com, Thrillist, AOL.com, Bonfort’s Wine & Spirits Journal, DrinkMe Magazine, What’s Eating NYC, No Excuses Podcast & The ECRM Podcast. Art has also appeared on the Paramount Network’s hit TV Show Bar Rescue as a Recon Expert assisting host and industry expert Jon Taffer. Art is also a  prominent member of the education trio known as the Super Squad with famed mixologists Phil Wills and Mia Mastroianni.

 

Most recently, he has joined the team at Savage & Cooke Distillery owned by famed winemaker David Phinney.

Boulevardier = frequenter of the Parisian boulevards; broadly; a man-about-town or fashionable socialite.

Boulevardier Cocktail = whiskey, sweet vermouth & Campari. Its creation is ascribed to Erskine Gwynne, who founded a monthly magazine in Paris called Boulevardier from 1927 to 1932.
